Friendly reminding: Once our massage has been treated,it is important for the guest to drink enough water. The breaking down of the trigger point(muscle knot)takes all of the toxins that have built up in these areas and releases them into the bloodstream. Without proper hydration, it is likely that the toxins will make the guest sick.
